What is the usual group size for your training sessions?We offer three training courses tailored to meet diverse student needs. Comprehensive Mastery is an in-depth program that provides personal attention to each participant, featuring one-on-one evaluations, coaching, and feedback during the course. As a result, the maximum group size for this course is capped at 35 participants. In contrast, our other two courses, Power Packed and Fast Paced, have no limit on participant numbers."

What is your policy for cancellations or rescheduling?Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be flexible and mutually beneficial. If you need to cancel or reschedule your training session, please notify us at least 14 days in advance to receive a refund or to reschedule at no additional cost. For cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the session, we can offer a credit towards future training. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will forfeit the entire amount. This policy ensures that we can manage our resources effectively while accommodating your needs as best as possible.
